Website keeps going down

    My website goes down EVERY week. It started three weeks ago and I cannot figure out why and I am very worried something very bad is going to happen.

    What happens is all the files in my theme folder get deleted except three folders and then all the folders that hold my images in wp-content/uploads get deleted from July to the present, but from June prior they are not touch (07-11 get deleted 06-past don’t get deleted)

    I have the most current timthumb and wordpress, running security plugins, I just can’t figure it out. I am hosted on a rackspace cloud running linux ubuntu.

    I am desperately looking for any suggestions, ideas and help.
