Website just won’t format correctly and mobile version is worse

    Happened within the past couple of weeks and started with the images misbehaving, they would go super large and in the wrong page and sometimes just not be there at all.

    I’ve tried updating some of the plugins and doesn’t seem to help much.

    With the current state, you can still place orders through the desktop version, just the formatting is a bit off, however, on the mobile version pretty much all of the pages don’t allow you to add an item to the cart.

    The mobile version looks to cut off the top half of the page and doesn’t allow you to scroll up and then at the bottom it looks like the actual product page is overlapping the footer.

    Any help is much appreciated as it affected my online Black Friday sales massively due to not being able to place orders on the mobile version!

  • The issue is coming from the Woocommerce gallery, it happens on desktop as well. There is a height set on the gallery absolute big, that’s causing the slider to make the dynamic width a lot bigger.

    Thanks, do you know how I can fix this?

    There is a policy that we can’t ask for login details, but you need to check with your builder, I think it is DIVI, If you don’t have experience with DIVI, then you need to ask help to their support, otherwise hire a freelancer.
