Website jamming after 2 3 weeks

@keywon You’ll have to frequently purge the Page cache and minify cache and check if it helps to fix the issue?

I purged the page cache, purged minify cache and also cleaned database but it didn’t work.

Please send me some setting tutorials for shared hosting and also tell me if using (flying pages plugin) with wp optimize will have any issues.

Currently I’m not using any cache plugin but would like to install wp optimize back.
