Website is not commercial

    a email was send to us that tells we have a commercial website. That is not true. We are a sportclub. Non profit. We sell some stuff in our webshop but that is not commercial (socks, shorts etc). There is some charity advertising, also not commercial. So please take a closer look at our website.

    Hi @ijscobrand,

    Since your site has a webshop selling items (like socks and shorts), even if it’s for a non-profit sports club, it’s still considered a commercial activity. That’s why it’s been classified as a commercial website. If you want to change this classification to non-commercial, you would need to deactivate the WooCommerce plugin or any similar online store functionality.

    As for the charity advertising, if it involves soliciting donations or sponsorships, it can also be viewed as a commercial activity under our guidelines:
