Website is gone after installing the plugin ATUM Inventory Management for WooCom

    Hello

    We have a problem with our site. We needed a stock manager so I downloaded your plug-in: ATUM inventory management for woo commerce. Now the only thing I can see is a white screen. I can’t see my website anymore.
    Can you please help us?

    Thank you very much for your post.

    I am sorry you have issues after the instal.

    However, the only way this could happen due to ATUM is an outdated PHP. Please, check if your PHP version is greater than 5.6 as stated on the main plugin page? It is the minimum you need to run on your site to install and use smoothly.

    For now, go to your control panel and delete the plugin from the plugin directory.
    Your site will be back online.

    Hi Guys,

    Just a quick update here.

    We found that the PHP was 5.5 with a combination of another faulty plugin. I will not name the plugin as it would not be fair. This 3rd party plugin could be working fine in your site.
