Website is gone

  • Hi there,

    My website (www.pienneve.nl) is not working anymore and I can’t login to the wp-admin anymore as well. Everything is white! I really don’t know what to do and I was hoping that you can help me out to get it back. I know for sure that my domain is still valid.

  • Hi Pien,

    Try disabling the plugins by going to the path wp-content/plugins using File Manager or FTP and rename the plugins folder to something like plugins-bk. Then try to access the website and admin area.

    If that worked, then there is a plugin which is causing the issue. In that case, revert the plugins-bk to plugins and check the plugins one by one by renaming their folders.

    Just check your error_log file on your file manager from your hosting account

    and process to step, I hope some plugin cause this error
