Website is extremely slow

Hey there, I’m using Siteground’s best package and optimizer and I’m having a very large problem. The gogeek plan is what I have. The optimizer is working, and the CDN is configured. My site has 65 plugins, and they are all very effective. All of them are very efficient, so I have looked for what to delete. Please let me know what I need to do to have my site ranked first. thanks
