Website is Down due to Parse error: syntax error, unexpected

    I am unable to log into or even see my website, I received the following error.

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘:’, expecting ‘{‘ in /home/anan1568/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/woocommerce.php on line 56

    When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 5.5
    Current theme: Bridge Child (version 1.0.0) Current plugin: WooCommerce (version 4.4.0) PHP version 7.4.9

  • Hmm, interesting. Can you check under WooCommerce > Status > Logs for any “fatal-error” logs? If so, are there any additional details within that log file?

    where do I find those Logs?

    Hi @vhsreptile. You can find logs in WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Click on the dropdown to select the log and then View to open it. Could you update WooCommerce to the latest version and let me know if you’re still getting the error. If so, could you copy and past the contents of the latest fatal error log?
