Website is down and don't know how to get it back up; Domain and Servers expired

  • I paid for another year of both the domain name (namecheap) and servers (hostgator) which expired yesterday. I thought it would be back up today but my website (hivemusic.org) has been down since early yesterday. It comes back on every now and then but it seems to be really random. I don’t know what the problem is and I don’t know how to fix it. Can anyone check it out and let me know what I need to do? I can’t log in through /wp-admin either, so I don’t know if I need to pay for another year of www.remarpro.com. But I can’t remember how to do that. Thanks anybody for the help

    Seems like its back up, but when the page is down it is a white page that says in the top left “The domain name was purchased through namecheap.com” and then it has a link to namecheap.

    This has nothing to do with WordPress and everything to do with namecheap – your domains registrar – and hostgator, your web host.

    Your domain was just reregistered for another year. Ask hostgator about your web host account and if it expired. You don’t “pay” for WordPress; you pay for web hosting at hostgator.

    I also just got a new computer because my last one had some problems. So do I need to reinstall www.remarpro.com onto this computer?
