Website is changing URLs

It looks like you have a plugin modifying your links for tracking purposes.

It is not WordPress doing this. It is that link tracker plugin from what I think I’m seeing.

Possibly compounding the issue is Baseball Reference seems to be doing the same thing with their external links.

I’d lose the link tracker plugin for a time.

Also, I did a search for Doug Fister on your site because I couldn’t find him in the RSS feed and I couldn’t find him via search either.

Google didn’t return anything in the first page or two from your site about him either… unless I missed it.

What am I missing here?

what I’d probably do at this point is change my theme temporarily to twenty fourteen or twenty seventeen and kill all my plugins for a while by renaming the plugin directory slightly… I just add 1234 to the plugins directory.

Fix this problem and test extensively then switch the theme back… take your time bringing the plugins back one at a time while watching for the problem to comeback.

@jnashhawkins I was already deactivating plugins and found out that it was one of them causing the issue but I was in the process of figuring out which one when your response came through. you are exactly right. It was a feed statistics plugin causing the issue it seems. Thank you so much and everyone else for helping out! I’m sohbke checking everything but will mark this as resolved once I make sure.
