Website is broken when plugin is activated

Hi,

I’m facing weird problem since last update, whenever I’m logged in as admin, and visit my website it shows broken, but as soon as I log out website looks fine. I have cleared my website cache, browser cache, changed browser and checked it from multiples devices and browsers.

At last I deactivated all plugins and activated one by one and found its wp external links causing problem.

I’m attaching screenshot so you can see what I mean when I say website is broken.
