Website is blank

I am trying to set up a website at pmtallstarhandyman.com, but I can’t see what I’m doing. If I go straight to the url, it’s just a blank white page, and when I try to edit it from the wp admin, it won’t load the site. It just sits on a load screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything on it, and that didn’t work, and I’ve switched from the twenty fifteen theme to a more complex one and back to twenty fifteen. Still nothing.
