Hi @bhawneet, thanks for getting in touch!
I spent some time on your site loaded on one page, as well as loading various different pages in an attempt to see evidence of that. I wasn’t notified of the browser blocking any popups or attempting redirects as I normally would expect with these actions blocked in my settings. That’s not conclusively saying nothing is wrong, but I wasn’t able to see it for myself.
If you do suspect that your site has been affected by malware, you could try cleaning the site or at least following the checklist in an attempt to find an issue your scans currently aren’t seeing:

Make sure that all your plugins and themes are updated, and WordPress core too if it’s not already. As a rule any time somebody thinks their site has been compromized, I also tell them to?update their passwords for their hosting control panel, FTP, WordPress admin users, and database?in order to cover the key access points. Make sure to do this.
Additionally you might find the WordPress Malware Removal section in our free?Learning Center?helpful.
As some extra information, Google has been known to block certain sites from their service based on reports from users. It may be worth checking with them that their information is up-to-date and accurate just in case it’s based on an old report and your site is not actually affected.
Let us know what you find out!
Peter.
