Website images dissapeared

    hello there,
    i’ve been using the imagify plugin for my website,
    and everything is going good, until today all our images on the website is disappeared, but only when we opened the site using cognito..
    Would you please help to give a solution ?

    This is Ioanna from Imagify, I’ll gladly assist you here!

    This kind of issue might have to do with WebP display when using <picture> tags. If you deactivate the display WebP option(Settings > Imagify) and clear your cache is the issue fixing? If so, then you will have to choose rewrite rules way to display your WebP images unless you are using a Cloudflare/ CDN.

    the issue is fixed, just found out it caused by our cache plugin wp rocket..
