I updated to the latest version of SG optimizer and noticed that all images in my website (from homepage to posts), they all disappear. I had to deactivate it to get things back to normal. Please help. I use optimole to optimize my images. Not sure if there was a clash with that (and no I do not use SG optimizer to optimize my images).

Edit: the update I am talking about is 5.7.5
I tried recreating the issue on a staging website but I cannot seem to be able to.

The only thing I did after updating the plugin was activating the cloudflare page caching feature (which I disabled after the website broke). When that did not work, I deactiavted the plugin and things were fine again

I have also tried clearing the cache (mem and dynamic). I even purged all cache from cloudflare.

Please help. I am without a caching plugin.

    Thank u

Also I have a plugin called CSS & Javascript toolbox. If I keep that and SG optimizer active, then I get a white screen of death but when I deactivate that and have sg optimizer active, then the images on the website do not appear.

Edit: I have recreated the issue on staging. Check out this link. I have sg optimizer active but css & javascript toolbox not active because otherwise you will only see the white screen of death. But if you want to see the issue with css & javascript toolbox active also, let me know.
here is the link. Please keep scrolling down and you will see the issues.

I am pretty sure it has something to do with the cloudflare caching thing.
    Please help

    Hey @hbk747

There is a conflict in the combined javascript file. If you disable the javascript combination everything works as expected.

I advise you to use the exclude functionality in the plugin interface to exclude the script that is causing the issue.

    Hi @sstoqnov

Thanks for your help but how do I find out which script is causing the issue? If you know, could you tell me so I can do that.

    Thanks

    Hey @hbk747

I don’t know which script is causing the issue.

Please try to exclude a few of the scripts and check which one is the script that should be excluded.

    Regards,
    Stanimir

    Hi @hbk747
Dont know how things are currently but on the first version of the SG Optimizer when “Cloudflare Full Page Caching” as introduced even if you disabled the feature after it was once activated the Worker that the plug-in creates on your CloudFlare account was still there active. Yuo have to go on to your Cloudflare page and manually disable (or delete) the worker.

    Hi @negapo

Thank you so much for taking the time out to respond. I hate to ask you this but how do I delete the worker (where in the cloudflare options after logging in should I be able to find that?). I am a noob when it comes to this stuff

    Hi @hbk747
    Sure, no problem
    1. Log-In to cloudflare.com and chose the desired Domain (probably you just have one like me)
    2. On the top menu bar chose “Workers”
    3. There should be a table with the columns “Route and “Worker” where the route shows something like “https://www.YourDomain.com/*”
    4. Click on “edit” on the right side
    5. A pop up should appear, on the option “Worker” select “none”, then click save.

    Thats it, hope it helps.

    Hey @negapo
    Thank you so much bro!
This even I can understand xD
    I shall do this!
    Thanks again!
