Website icon – still showing Avada Business icon on PC

    Hi there, could anyone please help with this issue? I have changed the website icon to our company logo a few days ago, but the initial Avada Business (AB) icon still keeps showing up on my desktop in all browsers (i tried Chrome as well as Safari) and tried to clear cache as well, but didnt help. On my iphone (chrome browser) the new icon is showing up correctly as well as in preview modes when editing the website. Thank you!

  • Hello @veronika99 ,

    First let me know, From where you’ve changed the Website icon?

    If you have changed the icon from Avada Theme options panel, then i recommend you to navigate on appreance> Customize option.

    Inside the live customizer, you will see a option to upload website icon too. Just do it and save it.

    If you are using a caching plugin, just remove all cache first. Also, i recommand you to deactivate the cache plugin while changing the site icon.

    Thanks for your reply! I uploaded the icon inside main settings here (appologies it is displayed in Czech). Could you please navigate me with a screenshot where else to change it? Thank you

    Just found it under Logo / Favicon. Uploaded the icon and it is working. Thank you! ??
