Website Header not showing on Chrome and Opera

  • I use the latest version of WordPress and Genesis Education Child theme (with the parent theme installed). My website is located at https://www.ngscholars.com and I’m having issues with the display.

    The header of the site (logo, primary and secondary menu) are not showing on Chrome and Opera. This problem however does not some up on Mozilla Firefox.

    What could be the cause of the problem and what steps should I take to get it resolved.

    Okay, I’ll do that. I was just thinking I could get help here. I just tried the default WordPress 2014 theme and it worked just fine. I think this is a Theme specific issue I’ll contact studiopress but any hep here will be appreciated too.
