Website has over 900 woocommerce clients, but only 5 users

    Hi,

    One of my clients has a big webshop, and its running fine.

    However, i recently saw a weird issue when trying to change a customer email.

    When going to the woocommerce -> clients tab there are 900+ customers.

    But when going to WordPress -> users only the admins show up.

    I can however add a new user with role “customer”, and link their orders in woocommerce.

    Is there any way to synch this automaticlly?

    I understand that you are not seeing the list of customers under the Users menu like here, is that correct?

    I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
