Website has disappeared

I have created a website using www.remarpro.com. I can no longer access the site. I get a 503 error message. When I type in www.remarpro.com to my browser, I am asked to download www.remarpro.com. Of course I have downloaded it before because that is how I was using it, but I still tried to download it again. Nothing happens…
I also called GoDaddy to check that everything was ok with my payment. On their end everything is fine, they say it must be a wordpress problem.
