Website has 40 Reviews. Plugin shows only 34

    My client has 40 five star reviews on Google, but on the website it shows as only 34. I have cleared website and browser caches but it will not update. How do I update to reflect the correct number of reviews on the website? See screenshots below

    With the plugins you get the chance to display the last 10 reviews and manually update them every 14 days.

    You’ll be able to manually update it in the plugin soon!

    I don’t understand that I “will be able to manually update soon”. I have had the plugin installed for months, much longer than 14 days. How do I manually update to reflect the correct information?

    You can update the plugin in the Reply with Chat GPT tab by clicking the get new reviews button.

    Thank you. I was unable to find “Reply with Chat GPT” but was able to update by clicking the “My Reviews” –> “Download new reviews” button

    The updating buttion will be available under the “My reviews” tab.
