• My website is hosted on Amazon Lightsail. When I type the URL in google, the website doesn’t open. It’s as if the website doesn’t exist at all. When I run the Public IP (52.63.226.77) from Lightsail, Google warns me it’s a dangerous website, if I proceed , it takes me to [ deleted, do not share hacked URLs on this site ]. If I connect with the instance on Lightsail and check the files, all of the wordpress files seem to be there, however /wp-admin doesn’t open anything.

  • The domain you mentioned does not exist. Are you sure that’s how it’s spelled? No spelling mistake in it? In any case, you should contact your hoster about this. WordPress as software running on it cannot help you with hosting questions.

A closer look shows the domain actually exists: https://whois.domaintools.com/totalfacialstudio.com.au

But the domain’s EPP status shows (among others) clientHold, which, according to ICANN:

This status code tells your domain’s registry to not activate your domain in the DNS and as a consequence, it will not resolve. It is an uncommon status that is usually enacted during legal disputes, non-payment, or when your domain is subject to deletion.

So, yeah, there’s definitely something wrong with the domain. You want to contact your domain’s registrar (GoDaddy) to resolve this.
