Website goes blank

Hi Jonas,

A blank white screen usually means 500 Internal Server Error. This means that some code somewhere on your site is broken, and is crapping out your site. Call your webhosting company, ask them to show you where your sites error_log file is. Look at the bottom of it. You’ll see a pile of errors that will tell you what plugin/theme is causing the issue, the exact file, and the exact error. Let me know!

no that happens to me too… Ive had my tech guys look at it for hours and it boils down to WC Vendors.
when the plugin is not activated the site works fine… when WC Vendors is activated, the page wont load and gives a303 and my index keeps redirecting to mysite.com/My-Account.

I have no forwarders set but it steals my mainéfront/index page with a 303

how can I make WC Vendors work?

Mizzy: As replied to your other thread asking the same question:

wp-admin > WooCommerce > WC Vendors > Pages — Make sure the Vendor Dashboard, Orders, and Settings pages are chosen and have the correct shortcodes.

wp-admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts > Make sure the My Account page is correctly set and has the right shortcode

I have the pages set up… but it takes the My Account page and keeps forwarding my index page so that when you enter mysite, you get forwarded to my account

how do I stop the forward?

My vendor shop is setup so that no payment is actually used. my vendors add the product and have their own premade payment buttons so the customers dont even need to check out

If I have the settings you suggested and others are having this issue also, is it possible the plugin is not working? what would you then suggest?

Can you show me screenshots of those two places I told you to check out? That’ll tell me if you’ve done it right or not. ??

It’s not possible that WC Vendors isnt working right, it’s used on way too many sites for this to be a bug as then we’d have a few thousand support tickets all for the same thing. 99.999% sure it’s your page settings.
