I installed this plugin on 3 different sites, and initially I was very pleased with the results. In all 3 cases I used the Quic Cloud CDN. But after a few days my sites no longer appeared to exist. I had to change the nameservers back to my original host to get access. I tried again to put the sites on Quic Cloud, and they worked fine for a few days before disappearing again. I have have now reverted 2 sites back to my original web host with only https://www.theorytestpractise.uk/ still using the CDN. How long before I lose contact with this site I wonder and what’s causing this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • You need LiteSpeed web server for proper work of cache plugin. nginx web server is unsupported in any case.

I rrealise that, but when I used the CDN server my websites cannot be accessed after a while, I get a 404 or even a message saying ‘there is no website at this address’.

As much as I’d love to help you, given that you’re not using a LiteSpeed web server and you’re using your own HTTP cache and then a CDN, it’s just impossible to offer you any solution whatsoever. Given that, no one else can help you.

what exactly does “missing” in this context ?

are you referring to DNS issue ?

It does seem to be a DNS issue – my site at https://www.ukdrivingskills.co.uk/ just shows the Plesk holding page

I can access the admin site when using an incognito browser though?

And since that last post the home page has loaded successfully but admin is showing a 404

if it’s DNS issue, please use https://quic.cloud/support/ , I can only help with plugin side issue

if the DNS resolves to your server IP , yet you get the plesk default page, then it maybe issue on your webserver configuration , the page you give me is showing correct /wp-admin and /wp-login.php on me though. maybe you browser cache ?
