Website gets distorted on mobile view.

Hello. The website that I am working on becomes distorted when I view it on a mobile device. What I mean by this is that some of my images and text become misaligned when viewing on a mobil device, making the site look very unprofessional. I’m using a responsive theme, but I wonder if something I have done while editing the css sheet has disrupted the layout of the site (primarily the front page).

Any thoughts on this?
