Hide Duplicate Magazine Posts on Main Page Feed

  • Hey there. I’m looking for a way to make posts that show up in the magazine widget not ALSO show up in the main feed below. The way it looks now, any post that shows up in the magazine is duplicated. I have tried hiding posts from the homepage using Ultimate Category Excluder, but that also hides the posts from the magazine widget.

    Let me know if there is an option to do this. Thanks!

    Thanks so much for using Maxwell.

    You can use the static Magazine Homepage template, which does not display blog posts at all: https://themezee.com/docs/magazine-homepage/

    Other than that, I would recommend the Ultimate Category Excluder plugin to achieve that. As far as I know you can select where categories should be excluded, and normally this should not affect the Magazine widgets. You may have to ask the plugin author if that is the case.
