Hello! Firstly, I wanted to say thank you for your plugin. LS is definitely my go-to tool with every website, but this time I encountered 2 new issues I tried to fix myself for the last few months, but now just decided to ask you!

I run my website on a predefined Vult VPS OLS instigation

    • 1vcpu, 2GB RAM VPS
    • It also had myphp (which I disabled) and object cache installed and set by default.

    So, I have 2 problems:

    1. The problem is every time I update any plugin on my website it freezes for around 10 seconds. If I decide to refresh the page I will also get a “critical error” screen.
    • After this website has around 2,5-3,5 second TTFB delay, but the comes back to normal after around 10 minutes.
    • The same issue happens any time I update any page, WooCommerce product and similar post types

    2. Specifically on mobile and tablet devices, whenever I try to click any element like the menu, search icon, or anything else, instead of opening this element it just adds “#” to the page URL.

    • After 3-5 click it actually finally opens the menu and then works fine with all the element like this, until I refresh the page, the same issue occurs again.

I am 100% sure these issues are somehow related to LS cache since after enabling debug mode these issues disappear immediately. Please, help me to find what setting may cause these issues.

How to debug and add these conflicts optimizations to “excludes”, without changing my LS settings (thus hurting page speed)

    Other valuable info about website:

    • Theme: Flatsome
    • Possible Conflicting Plugins: Rank Math, PixelYourSite, Freesoult Deactivate Plugins, Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster, WooCommerce
    • LS Settings: screenshots + using Cloudflare (via LS cache CDN settings)

Will be happy to hear any info about what it can be, and how to fix it without disabling my website optimization! Thank you so much!

    please try:

if you disable plugin , I assume all of these mentioned operation will be fine ?

also try go to toolbox -> export/import -> export current setting if needed, then reset to default setting , see how it goes with default setting.

I tried to disable plugin even previously, and it worked, but do you have any idea what setting may cause it, or what files |I likely need to exclude from optimisation to likely fix this error?

does it work on default setting ?

I would think maybe something option related to JS optimization

It works great with debug mode turned on. I am not sure, but it is likely something with page optimisation, so I would be glad to at least know what files I need to look for to exclude

no , debug mode will disable all , literally as plugin is disabled

please try the default setting first, see if it works , first of all we need to narrow down which option caused issue , then see what to do next.
