Website files deleted

    Hi Guys,
    We’ve had a huge error and communication breakdown in the transfer of our Domain https://www.hippolytas.com The full domain was supposed to be transferred with website files, and this did not happen. we had Updraft plus which we backed-up fully.But not downloaded. Please please, could you help us in this crisis? Trusting we’ll be able to recover these together,

    Hi Gen,

    Sorry to hear that you have had a crisis! Please can you clarify what the question you’re asking is? Are you saying that you deleted your backups and want to know if we also have a copy of them as well?

    Hi David, thanks for your response.
    Yes the technician moved the domain without downloading any website files.
    We are trying to speak to the Original Domain Hosts to see if they have a backup still, but we’re still waiting to hear from them.
    We backed up everything on Updraft Plus but did not download the backup files.
