Hello! I need to restore my website after a failure, but unfortunately, I can’t access my login page and was hoping you could provide the logins for me via Jetpack or other way so that my hosting provider could do the rest of the work. ???? Thank you!

Hi @bruceallen and thank you for your reply! The URL is selflovegarden.com

The homepage may be visible but no other page is and returns a 5xx error. My hosting provider said it was a trojan attack that did this, and now I need to rebuild but can’t access the WordPress back office at all.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Many thanks!

    Hi @marinapap88

Right now your site is completely disconnected from your database server, which is why you can’t sign in. Can you check again with your host to see if this is something they have done, or if they can assist you with it?

Do you have updates about the above? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no activity, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
