Website failure after installation plugin print-o-matic

  • Hi, just tried to install the plugin print-o-matic. Unfortunately my complete website went down. I removed the plugin, but still my website is not working like before the installation Can someone please help me?

  • Did you delete the plugin from the plugins folder on the server? If so, try renaming the entire folder-

    wp-content
    plugins.HOLD

    See if that brings your site back up.

    Hi, thanks for your quick reply. Yes I deleted the plugin from the plugin folder on the server.

    I don’t know how to do that – I can not rename a folder on the server. (or I do not know how to).

    You’ll need to use FTP or Cpanel – ask your hosts how to use those.
