Website fails to open pages.

    Recently the WP e-commerce plugin was installed and now the site no longer navigates. Every page url directs to the homepage, but under the url of the page. Could anyone help out with this? Is there a way to restore backup of the site if necessary? Don’t know where to recovery backup of wordpress.

  • Have you tried first deactivating the plug-in, and if that doesn’t help, deleting the plug-in entirely?

    Regarding backups, you would need to contact your host to find out if they have any backups, unless you have been using a WordPress backup plug-in, which I highly recommend.

    It had changed the permalinks. Thanks for the help. Contacting hosting provider would have costed $150 to backup.
