    HI

I installed the plugin, verified the domain with TXT files, now I get this error: https://www.screencast.com/t/YtENvdrlN2X

Not sure why, the site was working initially, I was about to download the certs and the site failed.

I deleted the plugin and renamed the PLUGIN folder and nothing changed. The error still occured.

Any ideas what I might have done?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@wood1e You have modified wrong records in your domain DNS, please go to your domain DNS records, add a CNAME record with name “www” pointing to your non-www domain.

    Hi

Thanks for the repsonse, not sure why I need to as I haven’t any other time with this plugin.

    anyway so

    hostname: wwww
    CNAME
    Destination: domain.co.uk

    is that the settings?

I rechecked the settings on domain and adjusted the A records to what i think is correct, and added the CNAME as mentioned above.

    But nothing has changed

    Hi,

Actually it’s nothing related to our plugin. The issue is within your DNS records of domain. Please create a new A record for www domain i.e., https://www.domain.co.uk and point it to server IP address used in non-www domain. You can delete the CNAME record previously added.

Right now your www domain is not pointing anywhere.

THE CNAME was already deleted and I have added www A record… still not change!!
