Website Elements are Blocked for users that are NOT logged in

After updating the plugin to the latest version 6.44 there are elements that are prevented from showing on my site if a visitor is not logged in.

Checked and confirmed caching, display conditions, CSS, CDN, Responsive settings and nothing helped. Only after downgrading the version of CleanTalk did the elemens show up again for non-signed in visitors.

Is there a way to “select” which page elements are covered/included in these or how to toggle between users needing to be logged in vs not having to be logged in?

I am using the “MyListing” Theme and the elements affected “27>Basic Search Form” and the “27 Explore Listings”
