    Hi,

    Since updating WC to 3.5.1 this morning, I can’t do anything anymore. I’ve tried to restore a backup, but that failed also. I only get “Please Install and Activate Woocommerce Plugin” on a blank field. I also cannot log in.

    Anyone suggestions?

  • Depending on what version of WC you updated from you may need to change your memory setting to a minimum of 128M in WordPress and your hosting account. Check the server requirements on the WC plugin page for details.

    Hi @bigmoxy,

    I have 1 GB and not used it all.

    I’d try going back to 3.5.0. You can get it here:
    https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/releases

    Unzip it on your hard disk and use ftp to move its files to overwrite 3.5.1. No need to access WP.

    3.5.2 will be out soon.

    Having the same issue with our site! The update crashed even when on the default theme. Did you find a fix? My subscriptions from woocommerce keeps telling me to activate woocommerce im guessing cause i have 3.5 installed now.

    @modernwebcompany and @lorro,
    To avoid any problems, I restored the backup and stay with WC 3.5. I will try it again when 3.5.2 comes out.

    Try to get an error message from the log. It will help to isolate the issue.
