Help I am new to this! This website was created by a 3rd party company and is hosted by Go Daddy. We logged into mangallaw.com/admin last Friday and clicked on the “upgrade wordpress” option and also updated the plugins but now the website is down and I can’t login to mangallaw.com/admin or mangallaw.com/wp-admin. This seems like a common error based on my search but I have no idea how to get to any of the folders to delete files to fix the issue. If I can’t login to the admin portal – how do I fix anything?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thanks, but I have no idea how to access my website through FTP. Do I contact Go Daddy for that?

The website is not down for me. It is accessible normally.

Have you already solved the problem?

If not, what kind of error is occurring exactly and where?

Yes, I reached out to Go Daddy technical Support and told them what happened. They tried restoring the website which didn’t work and then they said they turned off one of the plugins (not sure which one) which they thought was the culprit. They also sent me instructions on how to FTP into my account.

    Thank you!

Nice to read. Of course, it would certainly be interesting for you to know which plugin it was about. Because “something” is now missing from your project. You are welcome to set the topic to solved ??
