    Hey All–

I’m brand new to WordPress in the last few weeks but managed to establish a WordPress website for my employer. It’s been up a week and everything was going well until I clicked to the update button (which had a 1 next to it today) on the admin bar.

It went to the link below and appeared white. Now nothing comes up! What did I do?! How do I fix this?

  • Your site looks like it is up.

Support for your theme is here. https://www.pagelines.com/forum/

We cannot support commercial themes here as we have no knowledge of how and what the theme developer did.

Okay, it started working some again after about 20 minutes.

The site seems to be working fine, but on dashboard is intermittent. If I click “pages” or “uploads” or “tools” for instance I get a blank white page again.

    Thanks, kmessinger.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
