    Hi there,

    My website is down and I cannot access the dashboard either. However, we need the website in particular this week!

    Can you help please?

  • Have you contacted whoever hosts the website, to check their status?

    Hi Alan,

    Yes we had checked with the host and that was fine.

    The website is back up — it recovered an about an hour after my post. Presumably one of the plugins was trouble.
