    I received notification via email that a website is down due to a critical issue. According to the email, it has to do with JetPack.

    I tried to log into wp-admin through this website and it goes back to the same page saying that this website is down due to a critical issue, meaning I am not able to log in on admin level.

    I tried to log in via www.remarpro.com and I was told that my email address is not recognized in the system. What? I’ve had the same email address for years so this should not have happened. Please advise.

    According to the email, it has to do with JetPack.

    Are you sure the issue is due to Jetpack, or did the email come from Jetpack’s minitoring service?

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. Hopefully, this will force the default theme to activate and rule out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Your WordPress site and www.remarpro.com are not connected in any way whatsoever. If you’ve never once posted in these forums or contributed to WordPress’s development, it makes sense that you would need to start by registering a new account here.
