Website Down

  • Our website went down and i’m struggling to figure out why. We have an Install/Activation/Update of required plugins needed error at top.

    I see our Avada Builder is not active, which is required. When I attempt to Activate. I just get a 500 error that something went wrong with loading the page.

    Our IT is out for the day so any assitance is welcomed! Not great when our website is completely down.
