website don’t work properly + mobile menu not working + unable to customize

I am having similar issues since about Tuesday. I think something is wrong. I am now seeing my old menu and I can’t seem to do anything to fix it…https://conciergelibrarian.com/

Hi @alkutbi, thanks for reporting the problem. The topbar menu issue has already been reported and I’m working on a fix for it. It happens when the boxed layout is selected.
About the mobile menu, make sure you have assigned a menu to the right mobile menu location in customizer > Menus > Locations.

I’m worried about the fact that you are not allowed to customize ? What is the problem exactly, the customizer won’t load ? Are you using the Hueman Addons plugin ?

@fashionableibrarian, I just visited your website and it looks perfect for me. ( Im using Chrome). You might need to also check your menu locations in customizer > Menus > Locations.

Thank you for your prompt Answer.
Yes i’m using the latest Hueman Addons but unfortunatly I’m not authorized to customize and I get this message : ” Unauthorized. You may remove the customize_messenger_channel param to preview as frontend”
Please note that the customizer won’t load like mentioned in the hueman homepage.

I’ve done that, still nothing happens when I click the hamburger icon on mobile.

Did you mean assign that then wait for the fix you’re working on?

Same here. Tried everything. Disabled all plugins. Nothing. Must be something with Child Theme, because it works with vanilla Hueman theme. Using Child Theme 1.0.0.

Solved. I just copied header.php from Hueman to Child theme and it works.

Even after update the mobile menu still not working properly, and I can’t do any changes with customizer
I got this message “Non-existent changeset UUID ” when I tried to do some changes.

This is what I get like errors when I’m using the browser javascript console with the customizer:
