• I have two issues with email sending mails:
    1. I am trying to update the website management email address. For that I typed a new mail address in the definition. The note says that the new address is waiting for approval of the new mail address. However, this mail, for approving the change is not arriving.

    2. I created a test page: https://art-fountain.com/test/ that contains only a form. The form should send an email with the data collected by the form to: [email protected] – my address. However, No mail is sent, OR no mail is arriving to my mail box.

    What Should be the problem?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    1. This can be flaky. Cancel the request via wp-admin, then use PHPMYADMIN from your hosting control panel. In the wp_options table, find the row with the3 key “admin_email” and update the email there.
    2. If your site is not sending mail properly, try an SMTP plugin.

    Steven,

    If I understand correctly,

The SMTP plugging will give me another tool, but will not fix the problem I have in this website.
    Us that so?

I think it will help the overall email problem. The changing of the admin email is another matter. Dunno about that.
