website distortion

  • i look at my website on my desktop and another desktop, and it looks fine.
    even on the phone browser it looks pretty good, however when i checked it on 2 different laptops yesterday my website was all distorted.
    it didn’t show any pictures and the colors were red?
    it shows two navigation menus and it doesn’t let you navigate the website.
    no one on these forums ever told me that my website was messed up?
    im so confused an don’t have a clue what to do!

  • I can’t reproduce that at the moment. However, I remember another question you asked yesterday. I also had problems loading the pages. It worked after the 3rd or 4th attempt. If you have changed anything since then – such as deactivating a cache plugin or saving permalinks again – this could have solved the problem.

    No, that alone cannot be a reason. At most, it could be a reason if there was a mixed setting – one with SSL and one without. But since you haven’t changed anything, I don’t see that as a reason because it’s currently working. I would recommend you to observe it and if it happens again, take a look at the error log of your hosting.

    You would have to ask your hosting support about that.
