    Hi Hide,

The minute I installed, it already destroyed the layout. I even clicked the reset button, but once I set a new name for any area (theme, wp-content, etc), it destroyed each time?

Everything went to the left, line by line, top and below……

I thought was the wp-rocket. I even deactivated and tried many others. Completely still destroyed the layout.

I’m using sweetdate, I even switched to the default wp theme, same thing…

Please help why it does that?

    Thanks

    Hi,
The rewrites do not appear to be active on your site, check with the server support on how to activate that.
Do you use the free or pro plugin version? You should see a notice on top of the dashboard regarding the issue, as the plugin checks the rewrites, by creating a testing URL.

    Thanks

    Hi Hide,

I already checked with the hosting, he read about your replied and also looked into the htaccess. he’s not sure what rewrite you are referring to? He have me to ask you any specific rewrite, etc it needs so he can check into them?

Btw, I just installed the plugin, so I’m using the free version as now.

ya, I did looked the dashboard area, what am I suppose to see, I didn’t see any?

For example, if you change the default /wp-includes to /olylrystthe rewrite within the .htaccess file appear like this:
    RewriteRule ^olylryst/(.+) /wp-includes/$1 [L,QSA]
If you check through the browser inspector, the customized URLs are not loading, meaning the above rewrite is not working for whatever reason. Have the server support to check on that.

    Thanks
