website disaperared cant login to site

  • Hi Guys,
    i am hoping somebody can help. i have had to create a false account to get to the forum.I created an account and website sorted the hosting and domain etc with name cheap. suddenly today the website has disapeared i cant access my wordppress account everytime i reset my password nothing comes through. Can anybody help?

  • That page you are seeing is the default ‘coming soon’ page from your web host. You’ll need to ask NameCheap hosting for help with that.

    Please remember that logins credentials here at WordPress dot org are separate from the login credentials of any hosting accounts you have elsewhere.

    WordPress dot org provides the CMS system software to be used on your hosting account if you wish to self-host WordPress. We do not host websites. Your login credentials at your self-hosted WordPress site will be different from the credentials used here on these support forums.
