Website Details Saved in installer.php

Hello there. I don’t know if this qualifies as a support question but I am wondering given the security steps after migration..

When creating a backup with your plugin (the website files zip and installer.php) is the database name/password and website user/password login info hidden or encrypted somehow? So if someone accesses the backup they wouldn’t have the website password for example before migration.
