    Hello,
I installed WP Security, took all security precautions(db backup etc) and have been completely locked out of my website. The message I receive is –

    Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an Error Document to handle the request.

When I do a db restore, it says it is restored but I still get same error message.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks,
    Drew

You should not enable all the features of this plugin. Many of the features are not compatible with some webhosts or some other plugins.

The best thing you can do now is to gain access to your admin, after then you may reinstall the plugin and enable only the features you need.

    Good luck.

    Thanks for your reply.
I got the main part of my site back up after a lot of work.
Now none of the pages load, instead, I get a 404 page not found error.
I have reinstalled WP Security and turned off all security measures.
I have also deleted htaccess file.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
    Drew

    Almost forget.

Did you change the wp-content directory under menu > Security > Content Directory?

If yes, you may need to login to your cPanel, then use File Manager to rename it back to wp-content.
