I just updated our website and it’s going ok until I viewed it on an iPad and my iPhone5. I was startled to see that the website which appears ok onscreen pc will appear horribly in chaos on these devices. I hope you can help me sort this out.

  • Thank you :)!

@infinity – this kind of work really isn’t something people can help with on these forums – it’s not simple, and you are using a theme that isn’t supported here – no one knows how it is coded and no one has access to the site (and please don’t give access to people you do not know). So if you need help fixing it or changing your theme, I’d really suggest you post a job listing here:

@wpyogi – I’m so sorry if I’m being a pain here, I just checked the theme I’m using and it’s Care+ which is a premium wordpress theme. I was wondering if I did an upgrade of wordpress, version from 3.9.3 to 4.1.1, will it also help?

hello infinity if you see the themeforest link of this premium theme then you can see it is clearly written on below link from the author that this theme is 100% responsive.

So try to login to your dashboard and see if there is an options panel for this theme in options panel look for an option to make it responsive because as per my experience the premium themes have this option to switch between fixed width and responsive width modes. So there is no harm in checking .. just check in the options panel of theme and check for responsive option it should be there. There is something very minor that you are missing just look for this option in the options panel. Options panel is mostly in appearance and then options or it can be outside also in your dashboard. ok thanks

hi pluspt2001 – there is the Theme Options where under it are Theme Settings, Pager Settings and Post Slider Settings. On Appearance, there were Themes, Customize, Widgets, Menus, Edit CSS and Editor. I cannot find that fixed width and responsive width modes you just mentioned…

@infinity – you need to ask the developer of the theme for help – these forums don’t support commercial themes.

Read the info about the theme before updating anything and backup your site first.

BTW, using an outdated version of WP is a security risk.
