Website design compatible with WordPress?

Hello, I have a question regarding my company website. I would like to know if there is a way to tell if my company site would be compatible with the wordpress cms. If you take a look at the site you will notice it’s in a pane format, which I haven’t seen on other websites using wordpress as their cms. I’m interested in being able to upload and edit content using the wordpress cms, as opposed to our own backend feature. I would need to know if the process would be very involved for our developers, or if it’s a quicker fix. I appreciate your time and comments!
