Website default language is not working

  • Hello,

    This is my website, caipa.com

    My default language is English and Chinese is my second language. However, whenever I type in caipa.com, it automatically directs me to the Chinese homepage instead of the English homepage. Even if I refresh or use Incognito still have the same issue. It happened since I last updated months ago. Please advise. Thank you.
