Website Data Fetching time too long

Initial Fetch time for the blog takes too long to load. We have checked with GTmatrix and major issue was with server response time. We tried to replicate the same blog with different plans and different domain and there was reduction in server response time but not completely. We tried with same service provider different plans and packages. What could be issue with my site can you please suggest?
