I tried to contact them. They refuse to support as I downloaded from envato elements. No support for themes or files downloaded from there. That is why I am here.

You can buy a license for the theme to get support from the theme author.

But it is so unfair. We are also paying for envato elements and authors are getting paid by our subscription. We deserve some support too. Anyway there is no way I can delete this post, so I will leave it from here. Thank you for your support, otherwise I had no idea how to do that. ??

You need to contact Envato support. WordPress community is helpless in this.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
